Terms of Use
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These terms cover how you may use this website and set out a few honest expectations about working with us. By using this site, you agree to what's below.
Using this website
You're welcome to browse this site and get in touch. Please use it lawfully and don't try to disrupt it, misuse the contact form (for example, sending automated spam), or copy its content and branding to pass off as your own.
Our website content
The text, design, logo, and graphics on this website belong to Promovix. You may view and share links to the site, but please don't reproduce or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.
Work we create for clients
This is consistent with what we promise on our home page: you own everything we create for you. Every piece of content, strategy document, and campaign asset we produce becomes yours once it has been paid for. There's no lock-in and we won't hold your work hostage.
Any pre-existing tools, templates, or methods we bring to the work remain ours, but that never limits your ownership of the finished deliverables you've paid for.
No guarantee of specific results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors we don't control — your industry, market, budget, and timing. As we state on our home page, marketing results vary by business and are never guaranteed. Any figures, examples, or estimates on this site (including the growth simulator) are illustrative and are not a promise of the results you will achieve.
The scope of these terms
These terms govern your use of this website. Any paid engagement between you and Promovix is covered by the separate agreement or proposal we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything on this page for that work.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The 'last updated' date above always reflects the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country]. Update this section with your actual business jurisdiction before publishing.
